Executive Summary and Strategic Positioning This is a proposal for a 3-year mutually beneficial agreement between Ryerson University and FS Publishing to become the main textbook facilitator for MKT504. This agreement will include FS Publishing providing textbooks and services to Ryerson University MKT504 classes. FS Publishing will provide products such as hard-copy textbooks, loose-leaf textbooks, and digital copy for students to purchase along with the services included for them to use for their class. Most importantly, our mission is to ensure that future generations will have access to the knowledge for further world development. Product/Services Overview For this proposal, FS Publishing will offer both three products and three services for students to use during this agreement. The products include are: a hard copy version of the textbook, a digital version that includes an app, and a loose-leaf copy. Along with the products, the services that students can use are: practice questions and exams, study tips, and a game on the app. Products Hard Copy. The hard copy version will typically be a hardcover textbook that includes all pages and chapters for the MKT504 course. It will give students who enjoy having a physical copy the chance to read, highlight and take any necessary notes as well. For students who buy the digital version, students will have practice questions for each chapter and practice exam to help them test their knowledge of the overall material. As they read the chapters, there will be multiple choice questions popping up in between each section to help them learn about each topic and better understand them. These questions will give them an idea of how they will be tested for their exams, but will not be similar to the test bank questions that will be provided to the professor. Games via App. Students will have the option fun and interactive way to learn the material taught in their class by competing with their classmates. They will have 10-15 questions for each chapter and will have 30 seconds to answer each of them. The faster they answer, the more point they will get rewarded, only if they get the answer right. There will be leaderboards implemented in the app and will track statistics like total points scored and number of wins.
