Mr. Bennet should be found not guilty of the murder of Mr. Adams because reasonable doubt exists. Although the prosecution claims he’s guilty, they are incorrect because Mr. Alfaro was an exterminator with access to the poison, Mr. Alfaro left Mr. Adam’s alone 5 minutes before, and many more significant pieces of evidence prove he shouldn’t be convicted of guilt. To begin, Mrs. Reid was Mr. Adam’s closest living relative, and she believed that she would inherit his wealth because of this. She often attempted to spread nasty rumors about Mr. Adams and Mr. Alfaro was brought to the party by Mrs. Reid and both were seen whispering together throughout the evening.
Scott Peterson was convicted of the murder of Laci Peterson and her unborn son, Conner Peterson. He has been on death row for over a decade as he tries to get his conviction appealed. Peterson and his family maintain his innocence, even participating in a docu-series titled, The Murder of Laci Peterson. This has caused quite a stir among viewers who now say they have doubts about his guilt. Could Scott Peterson been wrongfully imprisoned for so long because of circumstances he had no control over?
Mr. Bennett should not be found guilty of the crime of Mr. Adams murder because there is reasonable doubt it exists. Although the prosecution said that he was guilty, they are incorrect because he had bad eyesight, he was not the one with that rat poison and his family member had a strong hatred towards him. The evidence shows that he may have been killed by his family member Mrs. Reid or a new friend of his, the rat exterminator Mr. Alfaro. To start, Mr Adams had bad eyesight and he could have mistaken the boxes and grabbed the poison by accident. The rat poison was found in the sugar in the kitchen and they had very similar packaging.
The principles of the best interest of the child in Canadian immigration proceedings are reinforced in the case of Baker v. Canada. When Mavis Baker’s application for permanent residence was refused, and she received a deportation order, she proceeded with a judicial review of her application (Baker v. Canada, 1999). The findings at the conclusion of this case have direct implications for the assessment of permanent residence applications under the humanitarian and compassionate category, and the considerations of the best interests of the child. As stated in s. 25(1) of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, a child whose interests will be directly affected must be taken in to account during the assessment of a humanitarian and compassionate application (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, 2016). Baker v. Canada further reinforces these principles as the Federal Court of Appeal determined that the best interests of Mavis Baker’s children needed to be considered in order for the ruling to be fair, and that “the decision maker should consider children’s best interests as an important factor, give them substantial weight, and be alert, alive and sensitive to them” (Baker v. Canada, 1999, para.
MILLERSBURG — Referring to her ex as a psychopath who tried to kill her, a domestic violence victim made an impassioned plea Tuesday afternoon for imposition of a prison sentence for her abuser. In exchange for his guilty plea, the state agreed to dismiss a related charge of disrupting public services. The charge is made a fourth-degree felony because Morgan was previously convicted, in 2008, of assault by strangulation.
Who is the killer of Mr. Adams? Is that Mr. Bennett? No Mr. Bennett is not guilty because there are reasons that some of the people in this case should be found guilty because of all the data found on each of the people, there is lots of evidence found that Mr. Bennett is not guilty, and why this all could of been an accident and Mr. Adams poor eyesight lead him to this. There are many reasons why Mr. Alfaro should be found guilty of killing Mr. Adams. Mr. Mack is not guilty because of this; it could've been Mr. Adam's fault because of his poor eyesight.
