The Marzano School Leader Evaluation Model is an evaluation system that cultivates successful school leaders with a focus on driving student achievement. It provides principals and administrators with approaches and instruments to support their teachers, so they can focus on improving student learning.

This model can be applied individually, or used with the Marzano Causal Teacher Evaluation Model. Both models build collaboration among teachers and leaders. Dr. Marzano recognized twenty-four categories of principal actions and actions and arranged them into five domains to encourage quantifiable teacher development with matching increases in student achievement.
