In my opinion, there is a need for MedEx to strike a balance between telecommuting and working from the organizational offices. From the above analysis, telecommuting presents both advantages and disadvantages to the organization. It is therefore essential for the organization to strike an important balance between working from home and working from the organizational offices. The company should develop a strategy that enhances flexibility regarding work among its employees (Raffaele & Connell, 2016). To strike this balance, the company should develop a flex form of work structure requiring employees to spend at least two working days a week in the office.
