All celebrities got into fame one way or another. Some because of what they were born into or others having to work at it. But when you want to start being famous at a young age, it’s like a historian tracking every event or action in your life. People constantly following you, being documented about every move you take, and outsiders trying to be involved in your life. Well in this case, this became reality for Michael Jackson at a very young age. Joining his own family’s music group at the age of 5, Michael was poised to be a great musician. From quick upbringings and top billboard hits throughout the 70’s and 80’s, he was born to be a star.

In his early life, Michael was surrounded by talent which blossomed into his own. Born in Gary, Indiana on August 29, 1968, family meant everything to Michael. Living in a house of 9 can never be easy for a child but Michael enjoyed everyone's company. He grew up in a middle class family with his father, Joe Jackson, working at a steel plant and his mother, Katherine Scruse, being a devout Jehovah’s Witness who often played as pianist at the church.
