During my conversation and presentation, I will be having three different audiences. One message will be delivered to Greg. Another message will be delivered to the colleague at the office, and the last message will be derived to the SNA board of directors. When it comes to audience expectation, Greg is expecting me to deriver to him what I learned about culture competency and its importance in cross cultural relationship. Lastly, we will talk about the applicability of culture competency in partnership between SHOW and SNA. My second audience expects me to deriver my personal reflection. During this presentation, I will talk about my cultural norms, believes and sensibilities. We will also talk about the importance of having personal reflection about own culture. SNA board of directors expects me to go through what culture competency is and the impact of culture in communities.
