This is a very simple ode the most horrid type of food out there. It is worse then smelling grass after it has rained, or a diaper of a child needing to be changed.One my earlier memories was at a pretty young age. Many people say it is hard to remember certain events in life; when you find something that brings you to cringe at a certain food then that memory is hard to forget.This certain memory is about my one of my grandmothers and how she would make eggs around Thanksgiving time.During the Thanksgiving holiday she would make deviled deviled eggs, ham, and meatballs that were coated in red sauce.
Talking about one my grandmothers cooking for Thanksgiving reminds me of how she can tomatos an such things. One the key things that triggers in my memory is how she really did love tomatoes , an would pick them from the little garden that was out back alot; then would take a knife peal each tomato a slice by slice. After she would slice the tomatos the process of preseving them would start, the process am not fully sure how is done. In certain ways for my other grandmother the only food the really comes to mind when thoughts cross of her are eggs. I mean fishing with chicken gizards ties onto a fishing lure, before you ask yes the stuff really looks nasty an smells terrible. When it comes to seeing terrible events taking place, try having a grandmother keep you up middle the evening to hold a light so she could clean a fish. I still to this day remember seeing her raise that knife looking behind the gills for parasites, before comming down hard an the head flopping around with some life that was still inside the beast.
