According to Jim Delisle “bullying is more rampant then ever”, and Natalie Hampton wants to change that starting in the cafeteria. Natalie Hampton is an L.A Junior, anti-bullying activist, teen activist, CEO of a nonprofit organization named “Sit With Us”, and a viral app creator. She has made many changes in not just the lunch room, but in students lives. Natalie Hampton had been bullied continuously in the 7th and 8th grade.

Backstory
Natalie Hampton was bullied in middle school (7th and 8th grade). She went to an all-girls private school. Natalie was punched, slapped, she had her hair tied into knots, and even pushed into lockers! She was given death threats, and told to kill herself. People told her that she is, “so ugly that it is scary”. She sat alone pretty much everyday. She just wanted 1 friend, or one person to have her back. Natalie felt like an outcast. Natalie wants no one to have to sit alone so when she was 15 she started “Sit With Us”, a nonprofit organization that helps kids find a lunch table to sit at. If someone doesn't know where to sit, just open the app and there is a list of places for them to sit! It's kind of like an e-vite, but for lunch. Natalie wants the school cafeteria to be as welcoming as the family dinner table. Anyone can become an ambassador and hold open lunches! According to an ambassador for “Sit With Us”, “I notice people when they sit down at the table. There's some sort of sigh of relief.” If an ambassador posts an open lunch for “Sit With Us”, no one can’t decline or kick someone out of that table. Anyone can sit there if they want. And a lot of people believe that bullying drops by 30% when student peers get involved in things like “Sit With
