When Romans came into connect with the Greeks, the educated Romans lost their interest in religion. The Romans started to betook themselves to the study of philosophy of Greek. Most Romans believe that the philosophy of Greek was studied the nature of the gods. Also, it was the moral duties for men. For example, Epicureans are seemed to justify the wealth with luxury and pleasure of life. Since the first Punic war, the Greek literature was strong and there was a Greek taste in Roman spirit. For example, there was a great poem in the history of Rome which was so called “Annals”. Also, Terence and Plautus where the great writers in Roman comedy. The negative effects of roman conquests are the wealth of Etruscans because they had learned about how to use the arch and build massive structures and strong buildings. The art of Roman was obtained from the Greeks using the wealth of Etruscans. Romans never hope to obtain aesthetic spirit like Greeks. However, they were inspired by collecting Greek works of art using their wealth. For example, Romans built the building like Greek ornaments and these buildings became preserve for the Greek art. Romans were full of nation warriors and there were brutalities in war. However, there was a refinement for Romans. For example, a man like Scipio introduced the Greek manners and ideas. There were gladiatorial shows where a man fight with beasts. For the Romans economy, they have the land and the sea with delicacies and both land and the sea please Romans
