Task 1 (P1) Create a poster, for the trainee staff, illustrating the typical phases of a project lifecycle, with a clear explanation of each of the stages. The phases of a project lifecycle include the following: Define and Produce Specification The first part of a project lifecycle is defining what the project will be about this first part is important because if the project wasn’t defined then what will the staff and the project manager be working on as they would have no idea what is required this can be done by asking for the requirements that the client wants for the project if there is one, then after this comes the specifications this means what components are needed for the project or any other things that are needed will vary depending on what the project is about but this will give the manager details on the things needed so that they would be able to get a precise cost on the components needed. Plan and Design Next comes the plan for the project which gives a better idea of what the project will look like and also it might have a rough sketch of not only the design but the components as well it can also have a timeline to give everyone working on the project a time frame when certain parts or things in the project needs to be done, design is also part of this part of the life cycle this

The company’s pre-eminent rival Next Plc. is slightly longer established and therefore having an advantage in accessing more customers compared to Ted Baker which still has a larger room for growth. Other competitors include Primark, All Saints, Zara, SuperGroup Plc. and GAP Inc. 3.2 Company’s Industry Position With the rival Next Plc. prompting to lower its annual profit guidance from £775m to £815m, Ted Baker has continued to gain enhanced attention in the clothing industry and more consumers are increasingly identifying with the brand as
The best merchants are the ones who dictate the future, not the ones who are trying to predict the future. So we are now pushing our mills, our suppliers on, we need more renewable fibres and fabrics from them, because our consumers are interested in this” I agree with this statement. In life no one cares who predicted the future it is about who got there and created the future. Companies like under armour understand how advertising works. They realise that sometimes the product just needs to be better without continually saying its

PLC as a teaching resource provides a teacher leader with a platform where they can explore initiatives aimed at improving the overall learning process. PLC makes a difference for the students as the learning process is focused on the student performance and strategies to improve their performance.
Before coming to UCI, writing essays was definitely much easier. In school, the essays were usually about topics that were interesting and I usually had a lot of time to do them. For example, in my AP Literature class, we wrote essays about the books that we read but I love reading classical books so the writing came easy to me. On top of that we were given two to three weeks to write an essay that had to be 2 pages max.
Tourist from all around the world coming in and out of the world’s largest building. Everyday, year in year out, I'm sat here on this luxurious leather office chair doing what I love most in this world and no one can ever take this away from me. Starting as just a mail-order business with some retailers, it quickly opened new manufacturing facilities, starting with New England in the early 1980s as well as it signed contracts with other international distributors. While producing at lower costs outside the US, New Balance sold its shoes at a higher price than the average market and started to have huge sales anyways. Moreover, what makes New Balance’s operation strategy unique is that they offer their shoes in multiple widths and always have inventory in case the retailers get out of stock. This supports directly two of New Balance’s main competitive objectives being first that they want their customers to feel uniquely served by offering several widths of their shoes for different kind of feet and letting the customer not wait for the delivery of the shoes but always having inventory to push into the retail stores in case of scarcity. A good customer experience is one of their key competitive

Today, Victoria Secret is a multi billion dollar conglomerate with more than a thousand stores in more than 180 countries generating an annual income of over five billion. 2. PESTEL ANALYSIS The external environment of a company can affect everything from company policies, finances, sales, targeted customers and can be a deciding factor in whether the company remains for another season.
