This form of change not only eliminates boredom but also helps staff gain experience on all levels. Experience through job rotation allows employees to fill in for each other and saves money and time to train and hire new employees.
From my perspective, Nob Hill's organizational structure for its business is entirely appropriate especially because of its size and functional departmentalization gives Blair an advantage of changing her strategy much faster than larger daycare
