Dual-income families are very common in today's society that has caused a need for exceptional daycare centre’s. Selecting the right daycare that helps children excel academically and socially is of most importance and concern for parents nowadays.

Nob Hill Day Care Centre provides child care services to families of children between ages 1 to 5. It has developed a well-rounded programme for children with a variation of activities both indoors and outdoors. A family-style setting with flexible hours, family grouping with an option for siblings to go to the same child care provider.

It is because of this a right kind of job design is important that not only keeps work exciting but motivates all girls to come to work.

All employees hold a child development certificate that qualifies them to perform important duties at Nob Hill. It's always stressful to care for children and daycare workers have to deal with many situations happening at once. The staff at Nob Hill come together as a team to achieve daily goals, and that includes sharing all responsibilities and duties.

All staff members hold different titles but to keep things interesting and to engage motivation, Blair has her co-workers rotate their daily duties. This form of change not only eliminates boredom but also helps staff gain experience on all levels. Experience through job rotation allows employees to fill in for each other and saves money and time to train and hire new employees.

From my perspective, Nob Hill's organizational structure for its business is entirely appropriate especially because of its size and functional departmentalization gives Blair an advantage of changing her strategy much faster than larger daycare
