An imbalanced eating of food or calories with respect to the number of energy spent is primary reason for obesity. Moreover, there are other causes of obesity such as marketing of food directly and soft drinks in America and Canada, increasing of food portion among families of North America. In India, where obesity is ranked the second, the population who are obese is three times higher in urban areas than in rural. For instance, Punjab has the highest rate of obesity, for men and women 30.3% and 37.5% respectively, whereas Gujarat has the lowest rate of obesity, 15.4% and 17.7% for men and women respectively(NFHS 2007).The World Health Statistics demonstrate that over one billion adults of the World population suffers from overweight, of whom 0.3% are overweight.
