Having obesity may cause a person negative health occurrences, social and psychological consequences. Obesity could be prevented from birth, such as breastfeeding and not using formulas. Changing your eating habits and increasing your physical activity could decrease your chance of being obese. There are many reasons why people stay obese is because they enjoy the existence of food.
