Introduction Although obesity is caused by laziness, it could lead to other diseases and could harm one’s lifestyle. Obesity is continuing to grow health problems in the United States. Having obesity may cause a person negative health occurrences, social and psychological consequences. Obesity could be prevented from birth, such as breastfeeding and not using formulas. Changing your eating habits and increasing your physical activity could decrease your chance of being obese. There are many reasons why people stay obese is because they enjoy the existence of food. Losing weight is not only a good choice for an obese person's future life and goals but it's also a way to be a great role model. For those with BMI greater than 30 the doctor should recommend specific dietary and physical activities.
