Today there are more than 2.1 billion people that are obese in the world. The rise in global obesity rates has nearly tripled in the past 30 years. Being obese is a digestive disorder, which can control your life if you don't take the proper procedures. Having the right nutrition plan if you have obesity is critical for your body to maintain homeostasis. Eating a decent breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and working out is key for your body to remain homeostasis. Nearly 38% of Americans today are considered obese, and with that amount of people being obese it can result in more health problems such as heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes. Eating a protein bar is a great way to get energy back in you to complete the rest of the day. So many Americans eat big dinners, but they should only eat a little. Since most people go to bed right after they eat dinner they don't burn anything off while walking or working out. Everyone wants to have a tasty dinner which you can have just don’t overeat and get in a “food coma” before bed. Having a light fish or chicken is a great meal to end the day with. When people prepare their dinner, they make a lot of carbohydrates for the sides like potatoes and bread, but it's important to stick to sides like vegetables. Replacing the red meat with chicken or fish will be healthier for your body. Most people in America love the desert, but since after dinner, you go to bed, so you don't burn it off.
