What’re your three main points about the topic: it's unhealthy. Its preventable. It also can affect you mentally.
Obesity has become a very deadly thing, while more people are becoming diagnosed with diabetes, and heart attacks are becoming more common. What is the reason behind this? Why is there more overweight people now, than 20 years ago?
Since 1980, childhood obesity rates have become three times as high. Being obese opens the doors to even more health problems, such as heart disease, strokes, some cancers, diabetes, and more. Not only does it take a serious toll on your physical health, it also affects your mental health too. Fat around your heart is also a reason for clogged arteries and the thing with clogged arteries, is you do not realize it is happening to you until it is too late and you find out by having a stroke or a heart attack.

People are usually putting the blame onto the government and shops that are selling unhealthy food, but it would be much more easier for the person to take initiative and change the unhealthy lifestyle that they are living. Losing weight does not mean you have to go and buy a gym membership, it could be as easy as eating less calories in some cases. Losing weight can happen just by changing some of your daily routine, from changing what you have for lunch or considering walking a distance with your dog, or a friend maybe. For example if your usual daily lunch consists of a drink of coca cola and a sausage roll, which is a combined 480 calories whereas a sandwich and cup of water would be 230 calories, on top of that, the sausage roll has 6 times the amount of saturated fat of the ham
