If a comparison is undertaken of the responses with the path goal theory of leadership it can be said that the NAB’s team leader is effective in his doings and guiding his team members as he does not make use of any wrong power to guide them.
For guiding his team members he undertakes a supportive role and makes use of his expert power for making others also expert in their work and undertaking of given duties. With this leader power realted finding it can be said that the NAB’s team leader is an effective leader in concern to path goal
