A key performance Indicator can be stated as the amount of value in which how effectively a company can achieve its business goals. Many companies use KPI’s at various levels to ensure that they reach their organisation goals and targets and their focus is on Sales, Marketing and Customer Service (Inc, 2017). KPI’s of “Ourtyres4U” can be measured by the factors below 1) Liquidity: This is a very important factor as the franchisee can meet their short-term commitments. Some franchises may lose business, but can still be considered as a profitable outlet. Cash Flow should be an Important factor for “OurTyres4U”. (Us, Blog and Us, 2017) 2) Profits: The most Important KPI for “OurTyres4U” is to determine the performance of their franchises. Profit is the most important output for many factors between the parent company and the franchisee. If the Franchisee outlet is a profitable one, it would be easier for the “OurTyres4U” to discuss new ideas and Strategies related for Increasing the profit of all its 53 franchises. Net sales are different from profits. Increasing of sales is an encouraging sign for any franchise, but sales and profit do not associate the final KPI of “OurTyres4U”. (Us, Blog and Us, 2017) 4) Labour Expenses: Wages and Salaries of Employees is an Important factor for determining the profits of a Franchise like “OurTyres4U” Salaries and Wages can differ between various franchises. Even though each outlet has similar profit levels, the salary levels may wary.
