The most important one that will get her where she wants to be in life, is graduating college and getting her RN. She knows that having a steady job with steady income is very important, so of course she is going to move up in the health care field. This leads me to her second goal which is becoming a Nurse Anesthetist. It has to deal with anesthesiology and she is super excited to start helping people recover. Her last goal is to work at UAMS.
My American Dream consisted of me attending the University of Tennessee,Knoxville with Scholarships a little over 11,000 to pursue to become a pediatrician. After 4 years of basic medical school, 3 or more years I will attend medical residency which is hands with patients. This takes time and patience with children. Pediatrician deal with children under the age 18; trying to find a cure for their illness. Becoming a pediatrician will be something I will strive to become.
Pediatric nursing is a great career choice because I will have the opportunity to interact with young children and help them. Also, there are many job opportunities in this field. The jobs for Pediatric Nurses are increasing over the years. It would be easy to find a good job in the field of Pediatric Nursing, while still working on improving my career. I plan to approach my career by going to college and working as a RN to gain some experience.
My long term goals are to acquire my Doctorate of Nursing Practice after completing the Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner concentration program. I would use my advance practice license in a clinical setting and later give back and share my knowledge and expertise in an educator role. I enjoy educating others greatly; one of the most gratifying components of nursing. Meeting my short term and long term professional and academic goals would be highly rewarding. Knowing I was able to conquer a rigorous nursing program like Maryville University and now having the tools to play a vital role in helping others achieve optimal health would provide
Life has its twists and turns, but my overall life goal is simple, help others. I want to make an impact on others life, even if it is a small change. For instance, being able to hold a pencil is the difference between a student being able to graduate from Kindergarten and not be able to continue on to first grade. Being a Pediatric occupational therapist will help me make an impact on children at a very young age. Even small changes can have a large impacts, which is why I want to be that change for others.
My academic and career goal is to complete a doctorate in Early Childhood Education. I am a student at Springfield Clark Career Technology Center in the Early Childhood Education program. This is my senior year and this is exactly where I want to be in life, bettering children's lives and being the person I always needed when I was younger. Lesson planning and getting to know the children on a personal level impact not only myself, but the child as well.
I want to earn my way up to a good university and earn my degree, apply to an outstanding dental school and start my long years of residency that lie before me. One of my goals in the future is to help others in need for medical attention. It makes me happy when I see others happy. I want to give back to my community and help others so I can earn the respect that I’ve always wanted.
My dream has always been to grow up and have a career where I am able to help those in need and those who are hurting. For most of my life, I have wanted to be a nurse until I started to do some research and realized that being a social worker is what I want to do. The thought of helping those in need not just medically but in other aspects allows me to feel like I have a purpose to my life. After realizing that nursing was not my dream job, I made an appointment with my advisor in order to get more information on social work and because of this decision I am where I am today.
College. In order to become reach my goals, I need to go through a multitude of years of schooling. I love school and want to become a pediatric surgeon. My motivation is my family. Coming from Nigeria more than twenty-five years ago, their struggle was solely to provide a better life for my three brothers and I.
Where I have found my ambitions to be headed is into starting my own business, a restaurant in specific. Not only is it what I want to do, it just feels right to do. When I get older I would like to travel around the United states and experience the different areas. One main goal I have is to volunteer at an animal shelter. I hope to start off in a career of investment banking to develop the network and skills it would take to be in more of a strategic role in a company and then pursue my Masters in Business Administration to transition into more corporate strategy opportunities in the social sector. Having goals in life is a great way for people to grow and move forward. This ability allows people to have purpose in their life. One career goal that I am currently working on is to attain my Airframe and Powerplant license. Have this certification would allow me to work on many different types of aircraft and have many opportunities to do so. Included with these goals will be taking in to consideration the technology advances to come.
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. I plan on attending Purdue NorthWest majoring in engineering and minoring in business. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
