My goal is to obtain a career that will allow me to help people. I 've always taken joy in the nurturing and care of others, therefore I will pursing a career that aligns well with those qualities. Careers such as a registered nurse, or a psychologist of some sort definitely intrigue me, specifically the aspect of these fields that deals with children. Working as a child psychologist, a NI CU nurse, or a pediatric nurse would be a dream come true. Helping to nurture and take care of children is very rewarding in and of itself, although it would be amazing if I could make a career out of it.
My career goal is to become a lawyer in the Juvenile Court System, my goal is to be able to help children in anyway I can. I feel that children are always misunderstood and that all they need is a little bit of guidance to be able help them. Another one of my goals is to take care of foster children, I want to be help take care of them. I have a lot of aspirations, it helps that I have a very big heart and an outgoing spirit. My goal is to finish my bachelors degree in Business Administration. Also, I am interested in to complete certification in the child development education to gain skills in the academic field. In addition, I am looking forward to work in the educational institutions in the administration department to utilize my skills and perform at the best level. I am going to have to go through four-year College to get my bachelor degree in early elementary education. Then I will go back to get my Master degree after I find a job at an elementary school. I will be shaping the young mines of generations to come. I will teach them skills that will help them get thought their whole elementary school career. I will be creating worksheet for them to work on during class and giving them homework when they go home.
My educational goals are to attend Emporia State University to obtain a degree in education, and to also hopefully run for the track team. I have always wanted to become a teacher, my parents and grandparents were and are teachers. Both of my patrilineal grandparents received degrees from Emporia State University, and then became teachers until they retired. Both of my parents received their undergraduate, and master's degrees in teaching from Emporia State University. My dad has been a Special Education teacher for 32 years, and my mother has been a Social Studies teacher for 25 years.
Personal Statement Having a successful 8 years of working with children and young people in schools, libraries, nurseries, children centres and youth clubs - I finally decided to move further up in my career and become a qualified primary school teacher because I feel committed and passionate when providing and teaching quality education to children in a primary school setting. My #1 goal is to become a pediatric oncology/hematology Nurse Practitioner. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell disease. That experience changed my life and helped me establish what career I wanted. The nurses and doctors that took care of me while I was sick were wonderful and became like family to me; the kept me strong when I was weak and made my weeks in the hospital bearable.
I see myself professionally five years from now as an educator leading an organization that provides services to children with disabilities that helps them discover their strengths and creates a positive vision for their future careers. My interest in Special Education goes back to the time when I was 2nd year High school. Since I was studying in a catholic school, we were required to join various outreach programs. Career Goals: As a career goal I am interested in being a pediatric oncologist. When I was younger I learned about my passion for learning and research. Because I learned this about myself at a very young age I decided to find a career that is research and learning based. My career goals is to succeed as a childcare specialist. Career-related information Child care specialist have to have education, training and experience in order to be a child care specialist. My ultimate career goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. Even though i want to be a nurse, I do not plan on only working in healthcare facilities for the rest of my life. My long term goals are to acquire my Doctorate of Nursing Practice after completing the Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner concentration program. I would use my advance practice license in a clinical setting and later give back and share my knowledge and expertise in an educator role. I enjoy educating others greatly; one of the most gratifying components of nursing. Meeting my short term and long term professional and academic goals would be highly rewarding. Education has always been very important to me. I am the first to graduate in my family and that alone has been my biggest accomplishment. My educational goals are to receive my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and then go on to receive my PsyD or PhD in either Forensic Psychology or International Psychology. My goals during this graduate degree program would be to meet with various clients in order to identify their emotional and behavioral problems.
The great teachers I had truly instilled in me the importance of education and I feel it is my job to pass that on. As far as personal goals I hope to move to the Fargo-Moorhead area to begin my career and be closer to my boyfriend of seven years. It will be the first time that I don’t live in the same town as my parents and although it will be a big change it will be a great experience. Once moving to the Fargo-Moorhead area I hope to get married within the next couple years and start a family down the
