Explain the personal attributes valued by employers Scenario I am doing work experience with for Jobs4U and the manager that work for asks me to create a report to hand out to potential employees at a recruitment evening. The information in the report should help such potential employees understand what attributes are needed to gain a job within the IT industry.In this assignment, i will identify some of the attributes valued by employers in the IT industry, and explain why these attributes are valued. Specific job-related For every job, you need you to have some kind of job specific. Something like diploma/ degree/Qualification and maybe sometimes work experience. All job the manager need to know you are good/know what you are doing. Also, they need to know that they can trust you can do a job right. They look at attendance and what you was like at school/your place at work as you will need to get a reference. General Need every job you would need to have some kind of skill/attributes. This is mainly making website and games. A designer can work up to 37 hours and them mainly Monday to Friday. If they have a deadline they have to work on weekend and evening to meet the deadline. As a designer, you have to work eight hours and get a job done to the best standard also this includes going traveling as you may have to meet up with clients all over the world. For the Qualification you need you have to have 1-2 a level in BTEC higher national awards. For case, you would need at least 5 GCSE that includes maths and English. Also, you would need a degree to show you know the stuff and do it at a high standard. You would need only 1 but they are a different one to choose from.
