Personal Management Philosophy Paper
This paper will deal with some of the depth and knowledge of management theories and business processes I have learned when it comes to the “Principles of Management.” It is very important for me understand that as a Christian leader I do play an important role whether it be within the position of top level management, middle level management, first-level management or team lead.
Thus, management is a discipline according to Williams, 2014, “managers need to perform five managerial functions in order to be successful, according to Fayol: planning, organizing, coordinating, commanding, and controlling,” (Williams 2014, p. 4).

No matter what level of management I may be at I will perform these responsibilities in some manner or another. However, the time spent in dealing with these functions depends on where I am within the management tier. The four levels of management that were discussed are: 1) top management, 2) middle management, and 3) first-level management, and 4) team lead.
Organizational and Environments Cultures
The culture within any establishment is really important in that it recreates a role in whether it is a happy and sound environment for employees to work. Asa a leader communicating and promoting the organizational philosophy to my employees, by acknowledgement and acceptance of it can influence the work behavior and attitudes of everyone involved. When the interaction between the leadership and employees is good, team communication and collaboration, will likewise be encouraged to carry out the mission and objectives assigned by the company thereby enhancing job satisfaction.
