A Profession of Arms is an experience a person can’t truly understand if they never served in any type of militarize organization. Those who served must understand the culture, the history and they always have a reason why they volunteered. They must follow a certain code of conduct and discipline which often make them look or behave differently among others. I joined the Army for the transformation and to do something different comparing the friends that I grew up with. When I graduated from Basic and AIT my friends noticed the changes that occurred in my life when I returned home. The people of the United States instilled great trust and confidence of the Army due to its history and professionalism, therefore the Army provided a better opportunity for the Soldiers after they services expired. The Veteran Jobs Mission is the leading private-sector solution addressing U.S. military veteran unemployment. It began in 2011 as a coalition of 11 leading companies committed to hiring 100,000 Veterans by 2020. Since then, the coalition has evolved to more than 200 private-sector companies that represent virtually every industry in the U.S. economy. The Veteran Jobs Mission coalition has collectively hired more than 300,000 Veterans since it began (VETERAN JOBS MISSION, n.d.). The role of the HR Sergeants in the Army profession is vital to the mission success, because the HR Sergeant is the commander advisor when it comes to combat readiness. In order for the Army to go forward the HR Sergeant must advised on the combat strength which include; personnel accountably, personnel readiness and also identify those who are medically available.
