10/29/2015 at approximately 1918 hours, this officer was dispatched to 207 Florida Avenue for a mother and daughter domestic. Both Denise and Shirley HAZLETT could be heard screaming while I was outside the home on the sidewalk. This altercation was occurring during Shenandoah Height's trick or treat event with numerous neighbors, parents and children walking around the home. I briefly spoke with several neighbors who were standing outside. They expressed thier concerns about Denise and Shirley HAZLETT.

I responded to Troy Regional Medical Center in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Roseline Jackson in room 9. Jackson stated that her and her baby daddy got into a physical altercation around 13:00 on this date. 11/16/11- the allegations of inadequate guardianship and parent’s drug/alcohol misuse against Audrey Shamblee and Gray Shamblee regarding children, Timothy, Earnest, and Albert Shamblee were unsubstantiated. Criminal and Domestic Incident Reports (DIR) were requested for Ms. Shamblee; one DIR was located dated May 20th, 2015 which list Ms. Shamblee as the suspect and Thereah Ivey as the victim. The DIR was recorded due to the aforementioned incident that transpired at the agency as reported by Ms. Ivey during her statements. Ms. Walker confirmed that Ms. Shamblee was arrested and charged with unlawful possession and CP (criminal possession); case is adjourned until March 29th, 2016. Ms. Walker voiced that Ms. Shamblee does not have any other criminal charge on file with the New York City Police Department.
