Personal Narrative: My Growth As A Student In The Physics Class

In just one year at DHS, I have faced challenges throughout my accomplishments and successes. In the physics classroom, I have made a change from being a middle school student to having more knowledge, thinking critically, being a better test taker, and increasing my love for science. I have grown as a student in the classroom because of Friday quizzes. I have changed in class because I have found one of my academic interests and passions. I counter weaknesses on my way to successes in physics. I am not the most focused student in the classroom, especially while working with my friends. However, I have changed my ways over time to be more focused and organized. Overall, I have transformed as a student in the physics classroom. To start, I have grown as a student this school year because of physics. I believe that the main reason that I have grown as a student was because of Friday quizzes. In middle school, we did not have many quizzes or tests often. Therefore, this year, I was initially overwhelmed with multiple quizzes and tests in a week. To start, one of my strengths is my organization and focus. As the year went on, I have been more active on checking the Community Page and reading the E-Textbook. Each day, I try to do one practice quiz or practice problem on the website to ensure that I am on the right track. I believe that my focus and organization has helped me with my grades in this class and made class more fun. However, I have encountered few challenges in the classroom. At the beginning of the year, I would often get distracting in the lab area, especially since I was with my friends. I did not realize until later in the year that my divertedness would affect my grades and my understanding. However, I believe that I am past being distracted with my friends, and I am more focused
