Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed engaging in Physical Education and would like to pursue my career in the field of Sports Psychology and Coaching. I have always had a keen interest and have felt very passionate when it comes to the theoretical and applied practical work concerning Physical Activities. Even though I am aware of the importance of exercise and issues related to the prevention of injury of the human body through diet and fitness. I still believe that there is a vast amount of knowledge to be attained by attending an academic institute, hence I have decided to enrol with the London Metropolitan University, in my quest to achieve higher knowledge.

This made me more intrigued to know more about the human body and the functions of each system.
During my time in the U.K, I have undertaken my own research in a variety of topics such as motivation, nutrition, physiology. I have found this challenging but it gave me a chance to work hard and improve my knowledge in these areas giving a better understanding overall.
I am a people orientated person and therefore enjoy team sports and I can use these skills to successfully integrate into university values.
My communication and analytical skills that I have acquired through working will be greatly beneficial to me at university, since coming to the UK my English has improved and with that so has my job prospect but my true passion is to work with people in improving their health through sport and fitness.
I have always had a keen interest in sports and I have also represented my school in volleyball.
