My main goal is pull all the diverse experiences and contribute knowledge by teaching and publishing research findings to the world.
My desire to impart knowledge and promote peace amongst people motivates me to undertake multi-disciplinary studies in business, management and organisational conflicts. I have a strong internal motivation to successfully complete PhD in business related area in order to support me in my teaching and research career.Having previously studied in UK and seen Lancaster University as one of the renowned research universities, I trust that I will be able to fulfil my dreams.

I am happy to statethat I have successfully carried out consultancy assignments for local and international employers in the above mentioned areas. In each of the areas, there are always conflicts to deal with. I am head of treasury department, yet I teach strategic conflict management in the University I work and have developed strong interest in the subject area and would like to research into management of business conflicts to enhance and contribute knowledge. The main concerns are whether business managers are aware of the conflicts in the business, strategies they use in handling those conflicts and how they cope with unresolved conflicts. I am confident that studying for PhD in Management of Business Conflicts will pave way for me to handle more challenging teaching tasks and contribute knowledge. Though, I did not start my foundation studies in UK. I felt the support to me to get through and achieve both the Bachelors (University of Sunderland) and Masters (Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh) have been tremendous. My academic work was always recommended and I felt proud to be part of such renowned universities. I am convinced that I will be a valuable asset and to be able to contribute original knowledge to the literature in the Lancaster university. I shall certainly be able to exploit my potential to the fullest. I believe the well experienced researchers in Lancaster university business school would be willing to support me with extraordinary learning experience.
