I have developed a passion for the graphic arts industry and how a message can be conveyed through numerous communication channels to evoke an emotion since my undergraduate degree. This form of art is constantly evolving and companies in the industry must adapt and evolve to remain relevant. I have the same passion and motivation to constantly evolve professionally and continue to make strides to take companies to the next level. I want to gain the professional education needed to use my experience to help further push the industry and advocate change. I was able to analyze trends in the market place and identify non-value-added processes, thus finding ways to improve and maximize profitability. I also held positions that helped me manage teams and develop them into revenue generators. My advanced leadership skills as well as my family, has taught me the importance of leading by example. My father demonstrated leadership through integrity, honesty, dedication and compassion for others; Thus, my leadership style is one that sets an example and demonstrates that success can also be attained by anyone, in any social class, and any culture. I want to continue my education to show my parents and others that might look up to me that dedication, transparency and compassion can achieve more than leading by fear. My management skills will allow me to help others achieve new heights by ensuring that they learn and grow on a personal level with a support system that is guaranteeing they are set up for success. I have no doubt that prosperity will follow my hard work and dedication, and I want to use those accomplishments to better other people’s
