Problem solving has been my passion since childhood that has now evolved into a deep involvement in STEM. STEM research and methodology provides multi-dimensional problems encompassing innovation, manufacturing, and finding relationships that can shape our daily lives. My STEM journey began during middle school in Bangladesh, when I assisted a local newspaper company in our locality to design and edit their magazine covers. Though not directly related to robotics, this project involved designing, a key component of robotics. By the age of 16, when I was in 10th Grade, I started to fall in love with robotics. In the next academic year, due to my dedication and commitment, I was promoted to the position of vice president, where I handled all administrative tasks and record keeping. However, the president of the club transferred to another school, and I stepped up to become the president of the club. I served as the president of the robotics club of my school from October 2015 through February 2016. The leadership position in the club provided me with illimitable experience in organization, leadership, time management, and teamwork. When I assumed presidency the team was unorganized. We did not have a plan of how we would build and function the robots and the deadline for the competition was rapidly approaching. I redeveloped the whole plan by changing the responsibilities of every team member and handed out a part of the project to each student depending on their knowledge and expertise rather than all of us doing every part of the project together. Our efforts paid off and earned us a total of four awards in the competition. Since then, I have never missed an opportunity to be a part of any team that is involved in innovation in the robotics
