The most important thing in life is justice. It is vital that justice is being served in society because each individual must be treated in a fair manner. Justice enables good to occur and restorative justice empowers those who have done wrong maintain peace throughout every community. Serving justice promotes a safe environment, and if we were deprived of justice, immoral acts would not be seen as wrong. Through experience, I have learned that justice is important in life because without it I wouldn’t be living in a safe community. Enacting justice in my community promotes equality through setting laws to prevent discrimination, acts of hate, and setting basic human rights. Justice implements a safe life we all aspire to have and without it, society would be destructed.
We are all entitled to the same basic human rights, such as the fundamental rights, safety rights, general life freedoms, rights related to sexuality and procreation, and political freedoms. Although we are all given these similar rights to life, I believe people aren’t given the same rights. This is because different parts of the world and cultures enact specific ways of life that oppose to the rights everyone must have. Through my culture, I have grown up to learn that God created this world we live on and all the creatures present. God has a plan for each one of us, which is why life is not planned by chance but created through God’s eyes. My experiences have taught me that God is loving, forgiving, and powerful. Every day God is watching us and I believe that it is God’s nature to protect us. It is evident God provides us with love because God gave us this world, all creations, and our own lives.
