The main reason I like to be a leader would be an organizer and the challenges that come with running a large organizations. Though, power and affiliation is nice and probably would enjoy it to a degree, but is not need for me to gain respect within an organization. However, since I do like organizing and understanding how things work meeting and getting task for achievements would be a great way to motivate me. Not to mention, that goals and processes is a natural way to set a natural linear timeline and set types of methodology for works or operations. Given, that I come from a military family and have works some jobs that have a strong ethical guidelines and an ethical culture. My current job management is too busy catering to social clicks and their self interest. They seem blind to what is happening around them and go through the motions of what they perceived to be their job. However, I lack or need to improve certain traits within myself so I can be a better leader. I feel have to be more socially bold to have the self confidence and charisma to take more risk and aggressively seek achievements within my profession. I have find a cause, job or business I can have enthusiasm about, so can give me the vitality and persistence need to maintain a healthy leadership role within an organization. I feel these I need to be a stronger leader and be more effective at my personal and professional career. I feel this would be a positive change in my life and would advance me where I can be more financially stable. Where I can better support my lifestyle and my family in the manner they deserve to be held. I have work in situation where teamwork was necessary to reach a goals. A leadership role would be perfect for me and I would benefit greatly as I grow both personal and professional within that field. I also believe that I am a caring and giving person, which would help me build relationship with department, personnel and other business within that industry.
