The word healthy can be defined in different ways to different people. But to me, healthy means being fit, being strong and being confident. It also means that people need to be realistic and do what works for them and their body. This includes eating well-balanced meals with wholesome foods, and enjoying some junk foods occasionally. I believe that everyone wants to be healthy but there are some people who don’t maintain their healthy ways such as eating healthy, exercising, visiting the doctor for regular check-ups and constantly washing my hands to protective myself from any harm. Not only do I have a responsibility to myself, but I also have a responsibility to my community and society. My responsibility to my community is to educate the public about health improvements, work with health care professionals, organizations, and members around the community to promote health in my community.
