Marijuana has been in debate for rather or not marijuana should be made legal and used for medical reasons. There are those who believe that marijuana should be legalized for medical purposes; then there are those who disagree. Questions have been directed, “Should marijuana be a medical option?” and “Should patients who could benefit from using marijuana to reduce pain and increase appetite be permitted to buy and possess the drug even though marijuana is illegal?” In response to these questions the answer is “NO”.
