Fichtner, MD and Howard B. Moss, MD. According to the Psychiatric Times article these are two medical doctors who work in the medical field. They are both qualified to write on this topic because most likely they deal with a lot of individuals who have mental health issues on a day to day bases. Dr. Fichtner is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine, and is a staff psychiatrist with the Riverside University Health System behavioral health. (Fichtner, 2017). On the other hand, Doctor Moss is also a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine. (Moss, 2017)

• Both Dr. Fichtner and Dr. Moss both emphasize a lot of information about the mental aspects of smoking marijuana followed by a descriptive portion of the states more information in response to the benefits behind marijuana, the health effects of cannabis followed by statistics, three different sources that are inside medical marijuana and what it helps treat, and more. The information has been reviewed and considered sufficient. The tone of this article seems to be objective followed by supportive evidence.
