Patient protection and Affordable Care Act ,commonly known as Obamacare, was passed in its finality on March 21, 2010 and signed into law by former President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. Many disliked the idea of Obamacare due to the fact that it was forced on employers to pay for health insurance. It got shut down by the people's views on it quick , Obamacare wasn't really given a chance. Thought it had a great deal of benefits people just choose to focus on the negative parts. Which brings up a lawsuit like Obamacare Versus The Little Sisters of the Poor. It was a tough fight many were against it because not only was religions involved but so were peoples rights and certain taxe issues with that being said that was enough to make the case last years. What the Little Sister Of The Poor had a big problem with was the insurances that would make everyone, no matter what religious beliefs they had pay for things like abortion drugs. Sterilization, and Plan B is a drug whose own FDA label warns can destroy life.
