With all the school shootings, or club shootings, or even public shootings, you would probably think it’s a good idea to talk all the guns away from everyone. It might be a good idea, but many people disagree with that. There are many protests all over the United States protesting guns, and people that protest to keep guns. There are many political views on this topic but, I think that the people of the United States of America should be allowed to keep their firearms. Guns are more than just guns to some people. Quite a few people collect guns as a hobby and for selling purposes. Guns can be very valuable depending on who made them or what year they were produced. Yes, you can call the cops and hope that they come before the burglar finds you, but it does find you he can kill you or rob your house before the cops get close to your residence. The biggest issue for many people is the fact that an individual goes to school or any public place that has people gathered, and they shoot them and kill them. All because there are couple mentally unstable persons doesn’t mean that everyone is like that. Personally, I think that there should be more armed civilians all over the place. If in schools, there were couple armed officers or security guards, and a kid walked into school with a gun, the would stop him immediately. Or even arm multiple teachers, of course, if they are willing to take the risk. With the added security from officers or civilians, there could have been many lives saved. I do partially agree with the other half of people that think guns should be banned. Guns are dangerous in the wrong hands. They are powerful and could do a lot of harm. The government could try taking them away, but people have hidden guns that aren’t registered, and they have no idea that the people have them. But let’s be realistic, guns will never be banned and even if they are, there are many ways mentally unstable people could
