Dear school council, making changes to the MPS schools would be a bad ideal. Making changes like keeping school in year round or changing school dress code. This will make things more stressful for or teachers, parents and students. These changes will be bad for the schools. I disagree with these decisions that are being made. First off changes like these could be bad for our schools. Kids shouldn’t have to go to school year round. This could make our dropout rate increase. Some kids barely like school. Forcing kids to go to school year round can be dreadful. This will be a very bad change for our youth our MPS schools even or faculty. Mainly because everyone isn’t able to afford new school uniforms. Some kids parents have already bought their uniforms ahead of time and probably the can’t afford to buy a new pair. School uniforms was probably the best ideal they have ever thought of this can stop the bulling the harassment etc. we don’t want to make going to school stressful. School should be a place of learning not fashion. We shouldn’t have to worry about what we are wearing to go to school.
Lastly assigning homework on the weekends is a good ideal. We need to work harder. Why should we stop making our youth work harder? Giving homework helps the ones that don’t catch on faster den others. Some kids don’t go home and study like they supposed to. That’s why teachers assign homework. Sometimes students don’t get enough time in school to finish work.
This whole ideal is bad because this can lead to a lot of angry parents and students. Students will get upset and drop out. Some kids will probably get teased for the decisions that are trying to be enforced. Therefore I disagree I think we should keep things the way that they
