As an educational leader, I believe it is my responsibility to prepare all students with a foundation of academic excellence. We must provide every student with a quality learning experience that emphasizes higher order thinking, problem-solving and 21st Century experiences. The school executive is responsible for developing a collaborative, professional environment resulting in high standards. By creating a climate of inquiry, students create unique pathways to success. A top priority, as an instructional leader, is recruiting and retaining quality staff members who are able to motivate and empower every student.
