As a newly graduated registered nurse, I recognize the vital role that continuous education plays in the evolution of the nursing profession. Obtaining my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in pediatrics is a critical aspect of my professional development, as it aligns with my long-term goals of leading change in healthcare and improving health outcomes for my patients. My professional nursing goal is to become an expert in delivering comprehensive care to children with complex medical needs, and I believe the DNP program will help me achieve this goal.
