For one thing, the guards should have been disciplined more during training. Going by a majority of the accounts the guards fired after a rock was thrown. In regards to Journalism, a shield law is legislation designed to protect a reporters’ privilege, including the right of a reporter to refuse to testify as to information and/or sources of information obtained during the news gathering process. Currently, no federal shield law exists in the United States. Personally, if a shield law was in place at the national level, the question of “how far would you go to protect an anonymous source?” would be simple. With a shield law in place protecting reporter privilege, and with no threat of jail time for refusing to revel a source, I would be more than willing to protect a source. However, with no shield law in place the lines become blurred.

The director makes sure to hook his audience to his presentation and starts introducing the difficulties one by one. One of the first ones we see is the absence of an ideal leader, mostly a father, from most families. As soon as the audience feels sorrow for the families, the lens changes over to a group of army men raiding a school to take away kids for training. The scenes cause the audience to understand the violent and stressing environment the kids go through.
To prevent this from happening, I did a few things. I started to talk to all the patrols about these principles during patrol corners. When someone in my patrol needed this requirement. I had all the attendees of this patrol meeting to learn them as well. I also submitted articles about the principles to remind the troop of their importance in our daily lives.

Justice is supposed to be blind. However, that blindness comes at a price that not everyone can afford. The public defense system is negatively affecting indigent criminal defendants who cannot afford an attorney. The Public Defender's office states that many of these attorneys have insufficient resources and inadequate oversight, which makes it difficult for attorneys to represent these criminal defendants. Due to the fact that there are limited resources available for indigent criminal defendants, many will suffer injustice at the hands of the attorneys who are supposed to ensure defendants’ constitutional rights to a fair trial, and to due process and equal protection under the law.
The author ultimate hypothesis focuses on two aspects relating to authority. The first aspect is that the uniform, from the view of the subordinate is one of absolute authority and power.
