Puppy Mills or Hell for the Innocent? Who the hell goes through years of school, and then one day decides to pursue a career at a local puppy mill? After years of experiencing the romanticizing of puppies and dogs, people choose to work in a place that breeds and poorly raises such a multitude of dogs that thousands end up homeless, disabled, or dead. Puppy mills shouldn't even exist. These mills are basically the Cruella Deville of the real world.
PUPPY MILLS! You're walking into a pet store seeing the cute puppies they have USDA license so you think it’s ok to buy one, but what USDA really is a license of puppy mills. Those puppies come from puppy mills, not licensed trusted breeders. You never know if you buy one of puppies it could be sick or have a disease [cute puppies not looking so good to buy now]. I think puppy mills should get shut down because, it’s bad for the dogs, over breeding of dogs, and behavior problems can happen.
The competitive analysis is based on two competitors that are ranked fairly high overall pet grooming. PetSmart and Petco offer devoted associates which are trained and enjoy interaction with all animals. A typical day spent at these two places I observed customers are interested in learning further about their precious pets. PetSmart is focused mainly on product sales than the grooming industry. Where Petco provides a friendly atmosphere, however there is a large number of employee turnover.
Along with affecting clientele and veterinarians, corporate veterinary clinics also make it harder for the smaller privately owned veterinary clinics to thrive. For instance, in the business world the more influence a business has in its niche the better chance it has to get more lucrative deals with distributors according to an article written by Mary Kramer called “The Pros and Cons of working at a Corporate Vet Clinics”(p.3) This affect the smaller veterinary businesses because if the larger corporate clinics are making better deals with the distributors than the other smaller clinics the distributor could put more focus on the larger thriving corporate clinic; effectively cutting the smaller private clinic out of their system. Matthew, The theory of monopoly describes a market in which only one organization finds it profitable to produce (Mosca, 2008). Consequently, a new organization that wishes to enter the dog spa and resort market must enter on a large scale to keep their costs as low as the large-scale organizations already in operation (Thomas & Maurice, 2010). In such situations like this economy of scale would create a barrier to entry (Thomas & Maurice, 2010). The dog spa and resort would require licensing, therefore creating a government barrier of entry for other organizations to enter the market (Thomas & Maurice, 2010).
In Muscatine Iowa, they are considering building a dog park. Do i think it is a good idea? I'm on the fence about it. There are many pro's and con's to building a neighborhood dog park. However, building one would highly benefit canine health.
Dogs can be brought to trainers to help stop them from attacking, Some dogs do not know what they are doing and all the owner should do is take the dog to a dog trainer so the trainer can train it to not bite. Now if the dog kills someone, they should take the dog to a really good trainer. If you were to bite someone, would deserve to be executed? No you wouldn't, so why should a dog be executed? Doctors and vets say that if a dog taste blood, it will go crazy but people go crazy everyday.
Everybod can use a elping hand for tere dogs. If local people want to help out with building dog parks go for it. For me none of the articals go with my decision that building dog parks is a good idea. Here are my decisions that building a dog park is a good idea. Do owners keep there dog company, but dogs need friends.
Those buyers generally do not have a clue about their states regulations or the qualifications those creatures need in order to survive. Of course this is all a huge risk for the life of a wild animal, being held up in a small
Dog parks good or bad? Residents of this particular city say, the city should build a dog park in their locaton. The residents believe there isnt enough space for excersize for their pet. Also because it is against city ordinance for dogs to be off-leash in public areas the dogs in the city can not play freely. The dogs are forced to play in a small yard with little to no privacy.
Are Puppy Mills Bad? A young girl got a puppy for Christmas; weeks later her puppy died. It was ruled that this puppy died from a severe respiratory disease which caused the air passages to become closed resulting in slow suffocation. It was later discovered that this puppy had been raised in a puppy mill.
It all began on a date. Joe and Jennifer Dujka are a couple that loves animals and loves to take care of them. They thought that taking care of animals would be a dream come true and just something to do. One day they were looking for things to do on their date so they watched TV and didn’t know what was coming. When they turned on the TV an ad showed up that answered all their questions.
In my opinion dog parks would possibly be a good and bad idea. Both people have good and reasonable reasons on why there should and should not be dog parks. But in my opinion dog parks would be a good decison because that would create less havoc at public parks where children could possibly be injured or frieghtend from dogs loose at a normal park. Having a dog park would also allow dog owners to be able to keep track of their dogs without the dog being able to runaway. Also, if dog parks really do better the dog's behavior and health than that would mean owners would be less likely to abandon their dog which means less stray dogs and bad dogs.
For example, not being able to get the exact breed you want, filling out all the paperwork, or social issues of the animals. Despite this, I believe the pros out way the cons. My mission statement is to persuade people to stop buying from breeders or pet stores and instead adopt an animal from a shelter. You could save a life, save money, and help prevent the mistreatment of animals.
5.2) Competitive Advantage Golden Foods™ will have a nice competitive advantage over the others in the market, the products that Golden Foods™ offers are absolutely much healthier than the other competitors in the market, Golden Foods™ looked around the rivals products and noticed that the agent BHA/BHT is available is almost all of their products, this is known to be a major carcinogen agent that could turn to be deadly for most pets, on the other hand Golden Foods™ ensure that this agent will never exist in any of its product to ensure again ultimate healthiness for their consumers pet. Another thing that Golden Foods™ noticed immediately is that the other rivals in the region sell pet food that contains grain and animal by-products as the primary ingredient, again grain is not an ingredient that cat specially could benefit from as it only fills them without adding any nutritional value, the same goes for by-products, by-products consist of the hair, skin, and bones of animals this really adds nothing to their daily nutritional needs again but companies choose to take less care of their consumers. Golden Foods™, while sells products at a higher price, but makes sure that the primary ingredient is real meat, and taurine , that is an essential protein source for the animals muscles to function properly, and other important ingredients that makes the consumers worry less about their pet
