About how much teens in the world are getting lessons on how to drive in case of an accident? Many teens have driven underage but do they know the consequences of not knowing how to drive in case an accident happens? Many things can go wrong when a driver decides to not focus on the road and be alert. All teens should be able to get their drivers license at the age of 16.

Lower illegal underage driving licensed drivers under 21 are responsible for only 17% of crashed related to alcohol. It would be necessity for the community when underage know how to drive and pass their drivers license test.
