A male living in Ancient Greece would prefer to live in Athens. Men and boys get a great education as a baby. Soon later, they are worked to build bodies and minds to learn many educational skills. Some even continued their education with tutors. In Sparta, just after they are born, if they are not healthy, they are taken to be killed. Also, unlike Sparta, Athenian men and boys did not have to dedicate their life to the army. Led by a strong leader named Pericles, Athens was made strong and beautiful. They also had excellent trade relationships. Opposite of Sparta, Athenians lived a comfortable lifestyle. There was a time called the Golden Age of Athens, which is when the Athenian culture thrived. The leader Pericles had 3 goals for Athens.
