Healthcare insurance began with the "The Great Depression" in the 1930's. Surprisingly, The Great Depression lead the administrator of Baylor Hospital to create a system that evolved into blue cross, so the blue cross promoted low payments for services. In the 2000's healthcare started increasing rapidly which was a big chaos for those who couldn't afford it. Now healthcare is paid for by government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Obamacare, the former president, created his own patient protection for it pays for this by taxing some healthcare providing and high-income families. However, the process with Obamacare didn't successfully continue due to the current president, so now the senate is debating the future of Obamacare. Through the use of evidence, through thinking, and critical thinking, the cartoonist, Jeff Parker, argues that the healthcare insurance is set aside and is being discuss but there's no disclosure. Through the frame, the left side is presenting both parties, the democrats and republicans. In America, doctors are divided by ethics, by party, also, there has being more positive reviews towards the Affordable Act among liberal and democratic- leaning doctors. Also, there's skeptical views among conservative and republican-leaning doctors. In addition, if the government repels the affordable act, then there would be massive chaos among republicans and democrats
