(CNN)President-elect Donald Trump is "irritated" with top aide Kellyanne Conway 's public campaign against Mitt Romney 's potential nomination as Secretary of State, according to a source. The Trump source, who is familiar with the President-elect 's thinking, acknowledged the existence of an internal feud between Conway and chief of staff Reince Priebus, specifically about the choice between Romney and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani for the nation 's top diplomatic position. The strange feud playing out in public between Romney and Giuliani has captured the attention of the nation in a way rarely seen after the election ends and the transition to the White House begins.
They are very expensive and when missions fail lots of money is lost. There are lots of factors to consider in any part of space exploration. Starting with the advantages of the rovers, one of the biggest ones would be that it allows detailed up close aspects and features of different planets without the use of an actual person. They can also go to planets that humans are not capable of going to and would most likely die of they did. A big problem in space exploration would be the danger involved.
To begin, space exploration is dangerous & risky. In “Future of Space Exploration…” Mae Jemison states that it has to be “ an inclusive journey”, meaning that many people have to work together. This is beneficial because many people could become stressed or even go insane due to pressure put on them to get the program to succeed. Additionally in “Danger!”, it states that “...boredom is the biggest threat to a manned Mars mission. This is relevant because if an astronaut gets bored they might do risky moves to find stimulation.
Some of the possibilities NASA has for Mars are, as the article says, “plans for radiation shielding, centrifugal artificial gravity, in-transit consumable resupply, and a return-lander.” (Williams) This quote explains a few possibilities of how NASA could colonize Mars. Any of these possibilities could potentially work in the future. An advantage humans have with Mars colonization is that the days are similar.
Traveling to Mars has been in the minds of the American people since the Apollo moon missions of the 1970s. It seemed as if the natural progression of the space program would be to explore Mars next, or at the bare minimum, continue exploration of the moon. However, space exploration has seemingly ground to a halt. Aerospace engineer and author, Robert Zubrin is an acclaimed professional in the concept of sending humans to Mars. He is a strong advocate of reinvigorating human space exploration and establishing a colony on the red planet to expand human influence into the solar system.

Well, I think that Humans should colonize mars because the earth is too populated and it’s being destroyed by lots of things like pollution and global warming. By colonizing mars humans would get a fresh new start so we won’t have to colonize another planet in the future. Some reasons why we should colonize mars is to discover new forms of life, safety planet in case we destroy our planet (earth), and we can push the limits of our technology capabilities. Some reasons why we shouldn’t move to mars is because it’s too dangerous, it costs too much money (20+ billion dollars), and that we have bigger problems on earth that we need to take care.
Still, it should be noted that NASA and other private spacefaring companies have many challenges to overcome when it comes to interplanetary colonization. The technology, funds, and public approval are all important factors on how well each mission will go. Mars has been in the public spotlight mostly due to its exposure in science fiction, as “many classical science fiction authors wrote about colonizing Mars” during the 1950s, including Bradbury, Asimov, Clarke, and Heinlein (Williams). This has put Mars into the spotlight, while shoving other planetary prospects aside. Mercury, Venus, the moon, and even Jupiter’s moons are all candidates that have been barely explored due to the lack of attention from the public eye.

As Maryanne Coronna stated in “Leaving Main Street'', “At a cost of six-tenths of a percent of the federal budget it’s well worth the price.” Nobody should be stressing about money for space exploration when the government can pay for it and still have enough money for other things like preserving Earth.

We have only successfully completed Mars missions 16 out of 39 times. Mars should not be colonized. To colonize Mars is not a good idea. The trip to Mars would take about eight or nine months, and it is approximately 140million miles away from Earth. Sending people to Mars is not a good idea since it is so risky, unsafe, and a one way trip.
There is no doubt that reaching to Mars will facilitate several changes in the current human society. Going to the Red planet has been a huge dream of humanity for several decades.
