April 7, 2023 To Whom It May Concern: This letter offers my upmost support for Ms. Valerie Halbardier. She serves as the Resource Specialist at Orangethorpe Elementary School in the Fullerton Elementary School District for the 2022-2023 school year. As a Teacher on Special Assignment for Student Support Services, I had the pleasure of working with Valerie in order to familiarize her with our special education programs. Ms. Halbardier creates a warm, inviting classroom that promotes learning and takes into account the specialized needs of her students.
She teaches us history and Asian students at harding high school in Chicago. Through discussion , she gave students opportunities to connect personally to the text and let their voices be heard. She values project based learning but often feels challenged in the time allotted for such learning versus time used to cover standards more traditionally. Moreover, Every person have different ways of teaching styles such as cynthia she talks openly with the girls in her classes about the systematic and institutional barriers that stood in their way as women and people of color. Another person is Toni , She believed in paying unblinking attention to the tough issues that affected her students lives, and in finding ways to bridge the divide between life inside and outside of school.
Relationships with students help them learn the material at a deeper level, faster. Building a dependability and rapport with the students is arguably the biggest key to being a teacher and the most rewarding part. This, in fact, is what Mrs. Serum likes best about her job, and it shows in her classroom every day. It is such a joy for her to watch them grow, learn, and transform over the months that they spend in her classroom. This just reinforces that education is all about the relationships.
Each morning, students are dropped off by family or school busses, filling the school with friendly and respectful faces. At Earle Brown I have had the opportunity to interact with a variety
I am interested in becoming a TK assistant teacher at Providence Day School. I believe my pedagogical style reflects the Providence Day commitment to students, allowing students to be intellectual risk-takers within a community of supportive learners and educators. My life experiences and my enthusiasm will allow me to teach with compassion and understanding to help students achieve academic success while nurturing their social and emotional skills. I will be graduating from Queens University of Charlotte with a degree in Elementary Education on May 6, 2017. I am currently completing my student teaching in first-grade at Sharon Elementary School.
I have had the opportunity to get to know Maria Vazquez this year at Futures High School while teaching her American History. In that little amount of time, she has demonstrated a great work effort and I was honored to have the privilege to write this letter of recommendation. Maria is a student that works really hard on anything that she sets her mind on. She is very diligent in her studies and she is always willing to ask questions if something does not make sense which is a trait of a humble person.
At Harmony School of Discovery we have a very tight knit group of students. When Discovery first opened as a new school it opened it’s doors to kids from everywhere and from every which background. Us students were forced to come together and start fresh with virtual strangers, leaving behind everything familiar. This reality forced us to build new bonds with people going through the same hurdles as us, adjusting to a new school and a disparate environment. We learned how to nurture and preserve close relationships among our classmates, relationships between teachers and students, and relationships between students and administration.
It is with great pleasure I submit my recommendation in support of one of my most talented and bright students, Emily Lozano. As I write this letter, Emily Lozano is my student in English 12 Honors: Senior English Literature, at NOVA Academy Early College High School in Coachella, California. As her English teacher since August 2016, I can confidently say both her attitude and attention towards her school work is fitting of the title of “honors.” In addition to a positive, professional attitude, she also currently holds straight “A” marks in all of her academic coursework.
I follow my students' behavior plan. By following this plan my student has thrived this year. He has made academic growth and socially, he is a well liked student and is able to cooperatively play with others. I assist teachers and providers with maintaining learner-centered supportive environments. I provide a positive and welcoming learning environment by always being friendly, patient, supportive and respectful to all the students in the classroom which builds a sense of community where all members are important and included.
By the end of the semester I had become far more confident with the material, and I had not received another thirty percent on a quiz. One day after class, Ms. Barnett asked if I wanted to stay after school once a week to help her organize the lab. I was excited that she had noticed how I had disciplined myself as a student in her class, and happily agreed to do so. As the year progressed, I developed an academic and personal bond with her; similar to the bond I had to my grandfather.
The society Equality/Prometheus envisions will have a different set of rules and control. The way Equality envisions a new society in which Altruism is replaced with Individualism, the #1 rule of Equality’s envision. His envision of a society different from the current one in the book is where everybody can say the word “I” for they are their own and not as a whole meaning that they will have rules and control over themselves. What Equality envision is everyone can be what they want for it is their own ego.
I am pleased to submit this letter of recommendation for Miss Leah Clements. I have the pleasure of knowing Leah for approximately ten years. During this time, I have witnessed the strength of Leah’s character, her poise under stress and her passion for causes of her heart. Leah has an impressive list of philanthropic accomplishments which include support of organizations such as Success 1st, Garden State Rotary, Susan G. Komen, and the Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO) to new a few. Leah has proven herself to be an intelligent, responsible and poised young woman.
"I beheld the wretch — the miserable monster whom I had created” (Shelley 44). The book Frankenstein is a scientific fiction novel written by Mary Shelley. In this book Victor Frankenstein is an aspiring scientist whose dream is to uncover the secrets between life and death. As a young child Victor is enamored by death. This strange fascination alarms his parents so they adopt a young girl who is raised as his sister in hopes this will distract him of this interest.
She urges the educators to believe in forming relationships with their students to boost their academic achievements, as well as their self esteem. She later gives her audience the ultimatum of they can either choose to form connections with their students or not. For peirson she engages the audience with her appeals, making them feel as if they were important and they were not being talked down to. She strengthens her argument by drawing in the audience while not diminishing her credibility in her argument of, teachers need to form relationships with their students to achieve a higher academic rate and self
I had the pleasure of visiting with Mrs. Cooke’s fifth grade class during my clinical experiences. Mrs. Cooke has a great rapport with her students and has very little difficult actively engaging students in learning. One of the “takeaways” from my visit references the students’ and teachers’ commitment to the principles of “The Leader in Me”. From a school-wide perspective, East Elementary School does not practice the traditional positive behavior interventions. Instead, the administration has adopted the ideals and principles behind “The Leader in Me”.
