Multicultural leadership gets more and more important in today’s world, because of the new technologies in telecommunications, transportation, and social media which can bring us much closer. The leadership of multicultural need to have the deep concentration of different cultures in order to know the specific environment and values. The concentration we mentioned above should open their insight into how to best drive performance of organization, inspire staffs, and reach consumers. Leadership is unlike management. It shows the culture of the society’s effect on its member’s values and how does it linked to behavior. The first dimension is power distance index. The definition for this dimension is extent to the members with less power in institutions and organizations expect and accept that it has an unequal distribution of power. This represents the lower level and followers can perceive the power and inequality. The Index with a lower level indicates that members try to distribute power and have question on authority. However, the Index with a higher level signifies that it has executed and established the hierarchy in society without reason and doubt. The second dimension is individualism compare to collectivism. This dimension shows the “level to which people in a society are integrated into groups.” Collectivist society members are coherence in-groups, and have expectation in protecting themselves in that society in exchange for loyalty to the organization. For individualism explores that it has lost the ties between individuals which means everyone expected to take care of themselves. The third demotion is femininity vs masculinity which is related to the values and the division of roles between genders in society.
