In Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is the one responsible for both their deaths. To begin, Romeo is very quick with his decisions and doesn’t think about the consequences that could happen because of the decisions he makes. Romeo quickly decides he wants to marry Juliet after seeing her once, “The exchange of thy love’s faithful vow for mine.” (2.2.138-139). Romeo could and should have taken things much slower with Juliet. If he did they would have had more time to plan their future, but instead Romeo rushed everything and ended up where he is now. Second, Romeo was a very stubborn person that refused to follow the advice of others.
