John F. Kennedy on September 12, 1962, delivered a speech to the world to hear. Speaking on why space should be explored and why humans should investigate. John F. Kennedy uses Anecdotes, Logos, and Imagery to effectively convey the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s program to get citizens to agree that they should be exploring space and studying out there. An anecdote is used in the beginning of John F. Kennedy's speech to remind humans where we first started off and how little we had. He was in awe at how much we have accomplished and that is something that someone should be proud of. We have plenty of technology and technology that can save our lives, something that our ancestors sadly lacked, Humans that live during this era are lucky to have these benefits. it is something to think about, like Kennedy mentioned, we first started from caves, from finding ways on how to keep shelters to now having all this technology. …show more content…
