To begin with Rightway Auto Repair is a family operated business that provides full service automobile mechanical repairs to its customers. The family decided to enter into this business venture as entrepreneurs who noticed the opportunity and took responsibility for providing for its resources. Hence it opened its first store in the year 2008 with one employee and two service bays. The First aspect related to the business is of an entrepreneur who is responsible for the planning and organizing of the business, and based on how customers appeal to the business the entrepreneur decides the future growth for the organization.
