1 I would like to start this reflection paper by saying a big Thank you to this opportunity that was giving to me as a first year student in college. The SI Leader experience was not only to work and get my hours done but it was and continued to be one of the greatness experience as a first year student. This experience taught me the importance of helping others through education and also learning from them. During my first SI session, I was lucky because I knew the students already from the regular class before the SI session. My first session was based on being able to develop their readings skills so that they can be able to annotate what they are reading. During my SI session, I was most of the time trying come with new ideas just to see what will work better. However, I would say that the one that mostly work was getting students to write on a piece of paper and having them read it aloud so differents ideas could flow around. In addition, recently create a kahoot game for vocabulary quiz related to what students are doing in class and it went very great and well.

3. I will like to say that each person has their own way of studying or learning so it was not easy for me to determine what strategy was better at first. However, students that participate in my session were visual for some activities and others were more into writing what their thoughts or ideas. So those were the most use strategies.

4. My session were based on how I start or the students felt about the session. In some session, I had to change or adjust my plans because students won't work on what I had prepared for them. And when it happens, I went with the flow.I remembered one day during my session, I had prepare my plans to have them write their ideas on a piece of paper but that day, students wanted to discuss the reading (article) and have each person summarize each paragraph by telling everyone what they think the main points or ideas of the article was.
